Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 25, 2026
PersonalInjury.marketingrespects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this short — the more we put here that you don't read, the less either of us benefits.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (audit request, city application, etc.) we collect the fields you fill in: name, email, firm website, phone, city, number of offices, and any message you include. We also collect basic request metadata — IP address and user agent — to spot abuse and spam.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry and to keep the site running. That's it. We don't sell your data, we don't rent it, and we don't share it with marketing partners.
Cookies
We set a small number of functional cookies — for example, the unlock cookie used on city-specific proposal pages. We don't run ad-tech cookies. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page.
Data retention
Form submissions are retained until you ask us to delete them or until they're no longer relevant. Email privacy@dominant.marketing if you want your record removed.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Same email address as above.
Where the data lives
Form submissions are stored in our Supabase database (US region). Email goes through Resend. That's the entire third-party stack for personal data on this site.
